Nadine will continue doing Skills Training in October at the Dancel Family YMCA in Ellicott City.
For the month of October the sessions will be conducted on Saturday mornings. These skill training sessions will have no more than 6 players in each group. Small groups are necessary for the partner exercises such as post moves, pressure on the ball as well as agility competitions that will be demonstrated. There will be two 2 hour time slots for the groups and 1 two hour time slot for a team (12 or more) The sessions will be broken up by grade level. One on one training is available as well.

It is the hope that these skill sessions will prepare participants for AAU and High School conditioning as well as the Upcoming Phenom Camp being offered by Nadine& Adidas in November.
Saturday’s:
October (17th, 31st)
November (14th,28th)
December (12th & 19th)
8-10am – Small group skills training ( Grades 4th – 7th)
10am-12pm – Small Group skills training (Grades 8th – 12th)
2-4pm – Team training (12 or more)
Pricing:
$75 per participant for 2 hour Small Group training (multi-family discount of $130 for two or more family members)
$60 per participant for two hours of Team Training (12 or more)
$75 per hour for personal one on one training
